KOTÊK is a platform with unique clothing and accessories. We have been around since 2017 and have created over 3,000 unique items—some as one-of-a-kind pieces and others as limited editions or collections.

Shipping

We ship worldwide (except to countries with suspended postal services from Russia). After creating an order request - we will contact you to clarify details and complete your order.

Delivery times depend on the destination, the weight of the parcel, and item availability — some of our pieces are made to order based on your measurements and can take up to 2 weeks to produce. If the item is in stock, the order will be shipped within 1–5 business days after payment.

International shipping usually takes between 4 and 30 days.

Shipping is paid together with the order before dispatch (or before production in case of made-to-order items).

Due to long distances, delivery costs can be significant, potentially exceeding the product itself. In such cases, we recommend adding more items to your order to make it more cost-effective. You may also be required to pay customs duties by the shipping company after the parcel has been shipped. You may also be contacted at any time by customs service during the shipping process to verify your passport information for customs.

Pre-Orders & Reservations

Pre-Orders: When ordering items on pre-order, production takes up to 2 weeks. After placing a pre-order, we will contact you via email to choose patches, clarify details of custom designs, and confirm measurements.

Reservations: Reservations are not available on our platform. Orders are shipped only after 100% payment.

Returns

Our platform includes customization, handmade items, and bespoke tailoring based on customer preferences, which fall under the category of second-hand and personalized goods. According to Article 26.1 of the Consumer Protection Law from Russian Federation, these items are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if any unforeseen issues arise regarding product quality, we are always willing to find a mutually satisfactory solution with the customer.

Certificates and promo codes

On our platform, you can purchase gift cards (certificates) in both digital and physical formats.

A certificate cannot be purchased using a discount promo code or another certificate.
Certificates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable according to our platform's policy, and they are valid for 6 months.
A certificate can be used multiple times until the full amount is spent.
Each certificate is assigned a unique promo code, which can be used once on the website. If there is a remaining balance on the certificate, a new promo code will be issued, or the order can be placed with the remaining balance via Instagram DMs.
Promo codes can be used once within their individually assigned validity period.
If the certificate expires, you have the right to request a refund of its nominal value within 7 calendar days after the expiration date by submitting a request via email at kotek.shop@mail.ru.

Loyalty system

Standard Reservation: 2 hours on update days, 5 hours on regular days, or 3 days with a 50% prepayment.
"Cart" Option: Items can be stored with us for up to a month so you can collect multiple items and avoid paying for shipping multiple times.

10% Discount for a Review: Available for accounts with 1,500+ followers.

For Regular Customers (6+ Purchases):
Early access to updates before they go live on Instagram (a few hours in advance).
